FAQ's

How long will a massage treatment last?

Here at Customized Massage, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service and treatment. As long as you arrive on time, we will perform full 60/90/120 minute massages. With that in mind, please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to insure that you receive your full time.

What if the recipient of my gift card is a new client?

Our gift cards are sold in the price of our “regular massage” rates.  First time clients will be able to take advantage of our “introductory rates” which may result in a remaining credit on their gift card.  Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash but may be used towards gratuity or as payment on future massage appointments.

Do I have to be completely undressed?

You should undress to your level of comfort. For a full body massage, it is very typical to be completely undressed. However, you are welcome to dress as you please. Please understand that our therapists are highly qualified and trained professionals and will maintain a drape on you at all times. Only areas being worked on will be uncovered.

Are there any times when I should not get a massage?

We don’t recommend having a massage if you aren’t feeling well or if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection.

If I no-show or cancel my session the day of, will I be charged for the session missed?

Unfortunately, unless the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours prior, the cancellation policy will take effect. Missed appointments will be charged the full cost of the session booked.

Do you take insurance?

Currently, we are a "Private Pay" clinic only and do not accept any insurance providers.
